The ticketing system triggers a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) action, which checks for pre-approved lists or tokens. Lack of pre-approval prompts an email notification to user managers for approval.

Upon approval, the CICD action creates user entries in the company store with specific attributes such as compute instance and access expiration.

Policy templates based on user attributes are applied to create Cloud Platform-specific roles (e.g., AWS IAM Role).

Compute instances required by users’ policies are warmed up by the CICD.

Users are notified of successful provisioning and platform readiness.

Users access the Cloud Platform via a landing web page, mobile app, or API interface, with compute instances already warmed up for instant access.

User actions on the platform are logged for audit purposes, and the CICD periodically adjusts compute resources based on predefined policies.

Pre-defined reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are generated at regular intervals.
